The National Addictions Management Service (NAMS) was set up at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH)
in 2008 with the support of the Ministry of Health (MOH) to provide treatment for people with addictions.
At NAMS, they provide treatment and support for addictions to drugs, alcohol, gambling, gaming and others.
This publication aims to increase the general public's knowledge and understanding of addiction and
develop effective relapse prevention plans to better manage possible addictions.
